Usage of Vaccines

Question:

Salam is it ok for a pregnant women to take the whooping caugh vaccine and any other vaccine during and after pregnancy ? Also in general should we abstain from these vaccines or not as sometimes we read and hear they are very harmful and have many side effects. Generally speaking, it is permissible to take vaccines, or any other medication, on the condition that they do not contain any unlawful ingredients.
