Question:
As many females do not discharge any form of liquid upon climax, how would one determine it shar'an? Is there also a distinction between a female's madhi and maniy? Answer: ﺑﺴﻢ اﷲ اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺣﯿﻢ In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
A woman’s maniy (semen) is a thin (but thicker than madhi) yellowish (for some women its color is milky like a male’s semen) liquid that exits the private part with pleasure. A woman’s madhi (pre-seminal fluid) is a thin clear liquid that exits the private part during sexual arousal. The distinguishing factor between the two is: a woman feels sexually satisfied and her sexual desire subsides after mani exits, however, when madhi exits, her sexual desire would still remain.
