Question:
I have two jobs, and one of my friends needs a job.
Question 1: Person 1 has a job and wants to give one of his jobs to his friend (Person 2), where person 2 will work directly with the employer using Person 1’s name. Since it's a remote and IT job, person 1 gave the laptop to person 2. The company thinks the employee who is working is person 1.
Question 2: Person 1 and Person 2 both have agreed on distributing the money equally. Is it halal for both persons to do the same?
Question 3: Person 1 gets the salary from his third-party employer who holds his job status, and he charges him 25% of salary for working through his company. If the distributed money is haram for person 1, can he give that money to his employer towards his fee?

Answer:
1. Without the employer's permission, this would be impermissible because he hired you to do the job, not person two.
2. Based on answer one, this would be impermissible because person one gave the job to person two without the employer’s consent.
3. This question is unclear. However, if doing such a thing goes against your employment contract or is illegal, it would also be impermissible.
