Salaam before Imam

Question:

A muqtadi said salam right before the Imam forgetfully; is his prayer valid? Answer: ﺑﺴﻢ اﷲ اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺣﯿﻢ In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

According to the above-mentioned scenario, the prayer of the muqtadi

(follower) was valid.
