Question
A nine years old daughter sat on the lap of his father. For some reason, father got aroused and got an erection but within few seconds he orgasmed and ejaculated.
During orgasm, he tightly hugged his daughter but did not do any thing else. There was no one else around and the daughter did not understand what exactly happened.
Daughter was wearing thin clothes and her father could feel the warmth of her body.

If the father touches his daughter with lust (without a barrier or with such a thin barrier that the body heat is felt) and thereafter he ejaculates, then hurmat e musaharah would not be established.1 Nevertheless, if he touches her (without a barrier or with such a thin barrier that the body heat is felt) with lust, without ejaculating, then hurmat e musaharah would be established.
