Answer:

ﺑﺴﻢ اﷲ اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺣﯿﻢ

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

According to the Hanafi Madhab, from amongst aquatic animals, only those that are categorized as fish may be eaten. On account of a shark being considered a fish, it would be permissible to consume (Al-Lubab fi Sharhil Kitab: v. 3, p. 231 [Al-Maktaba Al-Ilmia]).
