Girl delaying marriage

Question:

I have been engaged for over a year now and I'm currently ready to get married in the next 2 to 3 months inshallah. But the girl says that she is not ready and I have been asking her why she is not ready but she never gave me an answer. I am ready but she is not ready. What can I do about it or what advice can you give me? Jazakallah khair. Answer: ﺑﺴﻢ اﷲ اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺣﯿﻢ In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful If the girl is not giving you a valid reason for delaying the marriage, an alternative would be to request your parents to speak to her parents to come up with a solution to this problem. Despite that, if the girl continues to delay without a valid excuse and remaining single becomes difficult for you, another option would be to search for another wife. Nevertheless, before marrying anyone, you must ensure the girl is pious. The Prophet ﷺ said, “A woman is married due to four things: her wealth, noble lineage, beauty, and religion.
