Dua for Travel

Question:

If a person is on a business trip, what dua must he recite in order to have a journey free of stress and to ease all affairs? Answer: ﺑﺴﻢ اﷲ اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺣﯿﻢ In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

After a person has mounted or boarded their means of transportation (e.g. car, horse, plane, etc.) intending travel, they should say Allahu Akbar thrice then recite the following: When he returns, he should read the above-mentioned dua again then say the following: آﯾِﺒُﻮ َن ﺗﺎﺋِﺒُﻮ َن ﻋﺎﺑُِﺪو َن ﻟِ َﺮﱢﺑﻨﺎ ﺣﺎ ِﻣُﺪو َن Sahih Muslim: Hadith 1342 Only Allah knows best
