Double Bubble

Question

  1. If I give you two vape oils and say after one week you give me two vape oils in return and another different commodity such as a bottle of coke, will that be permissible?

  2. The double bubble is done by giving 3 vape oils back one extra as addition due to giving it back after one week, I understand that will not be permissible?

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيْم

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

  1. To sell in such a manner will not be permissible because it constitutes riba (interest).

  2. This also will not be permitted due to the above-mentioned reason.

وإذا عدم الوصفان الجنس والمعنى المضموم إليه حل التفاضل والنساء وإذا وجدا حرم التفاضل والنساء وإذا وجد أحدهما وعدم الآخر حل التفاضل وحرم النساء
