Can a woman take her hijab off in an all Muslim women gathering?

It is prohibited for a Muslim woman to look at the region between the navel upto and including the knees of another Muslim woman (this is the awrat of a Muslim woman in relation to another Muslim woman). Anything beyond the aforementioned awrat may be seen by another Muslim woman on the condition there is no fear of lust. Hence, it will be permitted for a Muslim woman to uncover her hair in front of other Muslim women. Nevertheless, it is not appropriate for a Muslim woman to reveal her body in the presence of sinful, shameless women due to the possibility of them taking her picture, recording her video, or describing her appearance to other men. In addition, a Muslim woman is only allowed to expose her face, hands, and feet to non-Muslim women; everything else must be covered.
