Is buying a house with a mortgage haram or halal? Answer: ﺑﺴﻢ اﷲ اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺣﯿﻢ In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Buying a house on interest is prohibited, irrespective of whether it was one house or many houses; and this is the fatwa according to the Hanafi Mazhab. Kindly refer to the following link for more details:
