Question: Can mutamatti do multiple umrahs? Answer:
ﺑﺴﻢ اﷲ اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺣﯿﻢ
Yes, it would be permissible for him to do multiple umrahs.1 However, it is prohibited to assume the state of ihram and perform Umrah during five days (for the one who is not a qarin): the day of Arafah, the day of Nahr, and the days of Tashreeq; i.e. from the 9th of Zul Hijjah until the 13th.2 Nevertheless, it is better to perform optional tawafs instead of optional Umrahs3, but there is no sin upon the mutamati if he chooses to perform multiple Umrahs.
And Allah ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ knows best
