ATM machine

Question

What is the ruling of keeping an ATM in one’s store, and the business owner receives a percentage of the fees charged by the ATM?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

It is permissible to keep an ATM in one’s store. The fees charged by the ATM are not considered interest. Instead, these are service fees charged for using the machine.
