Customer not satisfied with the purchase of a device from seller

Question:
I sold one device to a customer, but the customer is not satisfied with it, he ordered the device after knowing all the specifications and false information was given at the time of selling, please let me know what does the Islam rules say about it.

Answer:

In principle, if the item was free from any defect during the sale, or after informing the buyer of the defect, he did not mind, and you provided him with the model he described, then the transaction would be complete. Thus, he would not be entitled to a refund. Nevertheless, it is your discretion to refund him, and this is a good deed.

If a defect existed in the device during the sale which the buyer was unaware of or the device did not fit his description, and he was displeased with the device, then he would have the right to return the purchased item and get a full refund on the condition that he (the buyer) did not damage the item.
